Royal Monte Carlo hotel in Sharm el Sheikh blew our mind. The place was amazing!!! It had everything you want & need and more. Wonderful clean rooms (and those BEDS - super comfortable), beach, pool, food, gardens, etc. But the best part was the service there👌. Absolutely superb - fom the moment we stepped into the hotel - what a treatment we received🙌. There was some trouble with my reservation but the way it was handled and solved - never experienced that kind of top notch customer service. They were always there when we had a question. Our contact in the reception (Mohamed) was so helpful, solved every situation with ease. Even the half a day gap we had between our check-out and drive to the airport - solved beautifully. So grateful🙏🏻 The whole experience was simply wow. One of the best beach vacations ever! 🤩 Will definitely return there. And definitely with Royal package👑 If you are contemplating about upgrading your Monte Carlo vacation to ROYAL, then please do, without hesitation!!! You won't regret it. It will take your vacation to the next level. So worth it. The ala carte restaurants, the peaceful and private royal breakfast lounge with personal chef (and a manager Mahmoud - was super helpful and made our stay delightful), the private (no-kids) beach area and service there, etc - simply amazing. Royal package adds so much to the experience - things I didnt even realize I needed and wanted🥰 Super grateful for this amazing experience. Will definitely reccommend and return🌞

Occasionally had some trouble with wifi

Lovely hotel, very well kept and attractive gardens and all outside spaces. Large heated pool and ample sun beds in both the pool and beach area. We booked a Royal room with balcony and sea view. Large room with a very comfortable bed and bathroom with both a bath and rain head shower. Breakfast and lunch were both taken in the Royal room and evening dinner in the speciality restaurants. All the staff were friendly and professional, the service was excellent, special thanks to Ayoub and Hermina for looking after us so well.

No beach,access to the sea was from a pier. Speciality restaurants were lovely areas but under populated with limited menus.

نعم استمتعت بالفطور والاكل بصفه عامه كان ممتاز والأستاف بالمطعم صراحه إطلب منهم وتمني والجميع في خدمتك بكل حب وإبتسام وترحاب أخص بالشكر محمود وأبانوب بالريسبشن بالمطعم أشكر الشيف أحمد وسيد ووليد وهاني والشباب ع الشاطيء ومحمد بخدمه الغرف الجميع بصراحه خدمتهم ممتازه لا أتذكر جميع الاسماء والجميل أن مالك الفندق متواجد باستمرار لمتابعه العمل ومدير الفندق أيضآ وهذا شيء يحترم من وجهه نظري وهذه ثالث زياره لي للفندق ودائمآ خدمتهم رائعه شكرآ للجميع يعطيكم العافيه

Helt fantastisk personalet. Mahmoud og Mahmoud som alltid møtte oss og hjalp oss i resepsjonen. Ahmed som passet på at vi hadde det fint gjennom hele oppholdet. Bishoy som lagde fantastisk pasta og spagetti, og Hermina som møtte oss ved Royal frokosten som lagde de beste omelettene. Dette anbefales på det sterkeste.

Alt var bra, men hvis jeg skal trekke frem en mindre negative ting så er det utvalget i Royal frokosten.
