The staff is exceptionally helpful, starting from Ali in the entrance,Albear & Mariam in the reception, Magdy the pool waiter, Semsem & Kero in Tandoor and Mahmoud in their kitchen who stored my son’s food for our stay. The hotel’s location is premium, on the Marina from Duport’s side which is a bit calmer from the other side.

Minibar reserves the food temperature, but doesn’t refrigerate it.

Great and peaceful hotel. Great and very tasty breakfast, with very kind and helpful waiters. Also the Indian food at noon and evening is very tasty. I enjoyed very much the quietness within and around the hotel.

An older staf member was sometimes a little nervous and not so friendly. My experience is that this is rather unusual for Egypt.

Rien ne m a déplu (sauf la décoration en bois entre la chambre et le salon qui est très dangereuse pour la tête!)
