Las personas en recepción muy atentos y muy amables. Ninguna queja con ellos

Falta de higiene. En la ducha, habían pelos pegados en la pared. El aire acondicionado decía 24 grados y el control 19 y nunca enfrió como debía. En una de las camas, había un abejón con sus eses en la sábana. Mobiliario de la habitación deteriorado. Se escuchaba las conversaciones de los otros huéspedes. Estuvo en una segunda planta y se sentía la vibración de las gradas en la habitación cuando subían otros huéspedes.

"Great value for money, quiet location, sweet place!"

The staff was really nice and helpful, and helped me with my questions with lots of patience. I asked for an extra blanked and they gave me within a few minutes. The room was clean and comfy, and overall the price was worth it.

The light outside the room really bothered me at night.. They didn't turn it off and it stayed on all night long. The breakfast was very simple and I didn't really eat from it. Also, my room was located pretty close to the reception so it was more noisy. I didn't have hot water.

Nice room with private bath, quiet. Breakfast was adequate with homemade biscuits. Central atrium with a lot of green plants and a koi pond. WiFi was good.

La seguridad de la ubicación, uno puede salir de noche a caminar y es todo tranquilo, comparando en centro de San Jose no se puede salir de noche es inseguro y la atención del personal es de 10.

el colchón dura y la cama es antiguas suena mucho al acostarse.

"We loved the central tropical patio."

The room was very nice and clean. Hot water in the shower. Breakfast was sliced fruit and biscuits with jam which was adequate for one day. I think a larger breakfast is available for purchase. What we liked the most was the interior patio with lots of tropical plants and a koi pond. It was very quiet at night with almost no road noise. The A/C unit was adaquate.
