The staff were friendly, for the most part. If not very helpful

Very dirty, A/C didn't work, toilet leaked. When I asked to move room, they said the best they could do was charge twice the price for the new room, despite the one we had not being fit for purpose.

Staff were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable. Lovely tropical courtyard. Cute decor Breakfast was delicious Amazing value for the price

There wasn't a socket near the bed , but that's the most minor thing, no complaints from me about my stay.

The bars everywhere like in prison

Excellent staff. Great place to acclimate, get car rented and catch your breath before beginning journey. Close to airport. Glad we stayed and would stay again. Cool temp rooms. Slept well.

Bathroom was usable and clean but needed a tune up.

Ubicacion muy linda

La ubicación es buena y segura y poco alejada del centro de la ciudad.

La habitación que me tocó tenía mucha humedad como que le faltaba más ventilación.

Comodidad y limpieza.

El desayuno es muy simple. Estaría bueno agregar algo más.
