Sacred Mansion

El edificio es espectacular y el personal es amabilísimo. El desayuno es muy abundante y la comida muy rica. El aire acondicionado no funciona bien y aunque nos cambiaron de habitación- en la nueva tampoco funcionaba bien. En la nueva habitación la ducha se inundó (la arreglaron después). El agua de la piscina no parecía muy limpia.

The hotel is beautiful we love it and the breakfast is awesome too, everything is walkable very close to downtown goreme like 7 minutes walk which is very convenient since you don’t waste money on taxi

宿泊した部屋は素晴らしかった。ただ、ハウスキーピングに問題があった。部屋は掃除されず、アメニティの補充もされなかった。それ以外の部分は非常に良かったのに、残念だ。

Beautiful place, 5 minutes away from restaurants and stores. A/C failure (temperature never dropped below 24.5 °C) was the only downside to an otherwise wonderful experience.

Only problem with this property was limited A/C control in the rooms.

The hotel cancelled our ballon trip the 27th of May , 2025 and won't refund our money 600 EUR. I have tried on several occasions to remind the hotel to pay back my money, but I keep getting the same answer: Wait a couple of days. It is now more than 7 weeks since they cancelled and they haven't refund me yet. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Our check in started a bit rocky due to some housekeeping issues and not receiving the same room we had booked online, but after discussing with staff, they went above and beyond to make up for it. This hotel is quite amazing, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the restaurant and spa were good. You can be as busy as you want to be with all the excursions offered, or as relaxed as you want to be here right at the hotel, we had a mix of both and it was a great experience. I would recommend this hotel and if you can get the Presidential Suite, it is the coolest room we have stayed in for quite some time.
