Die Sauberkeit war sehr mangelhaft es ist Schimmel in der Dusche und unter der Klimaanlage außerdem sind Haare im Zimmer gelegen als wir es das erste mal betreten haben. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sehr heruntergekommen alles alt und eigentlich am Arsch. Plötzlich funktioniert unser Safe nicht mehr als wir am Vorabend unseres Pässe und unsere persönlichen Gegenstände rausholen wollten. Der Hausmeister war nicht in der Lage den Safe mit seinen Schlüssel zu öffnen. Nach ca 10 Minuten verschwand der Hausmeister ohne ein Wort zu sagen. Also sind wir erneut zu Rezeption die meinte das der Manager den Safe morgen Früh öffnen wird, damit waren wir nicht einverstanden und wollten unsere Pässe auf der Stelle haben. Also holt sie den Manager der mit schlechter Laune nach einer halben Stund da war. Als dieser auch nach mehreren versuchen nicht fähig war den Safe zu öffnen riss der Hausmeister den Safe aus der Wand dies dauert ca 15 Minuten danach stellte er ihn auf den Boden und verschwand erstmal. Daraufhin habe ich nochmal den Pin eingegeben und der Safe öffnete sich plötzlich. Der Hausmeister kam und nahm den Safe mit. Den Dreck ließen sie einfach liegen und die ganze Aktion hat 2 Stunden gedauert und sie Entschuldigten sich nicht einmal dafür.

L’emplacement, endroit magnifique, chambre sur les hauteurs

Malheureusement pour nous la Climatisation fonctionnait mais pas assez (par manque de gaz) On a passé une nuit terrible donc sans climatisation bien dommage
