"Definitely not what I paid for"

The room was advertised as 100% smoke free. When walking into the room it was obvious that it was not as there was a stale cigarette smell and the AC was not on prior to checkin. I checked in at almost midnight and had to be up early to continue on my trip and there were no other hotels close so I just dealt with it. I ended up turning the AC on very cold to help me to sleep. I slept with my hand between my face in the pillow to block the smell..only helped a little. Parking was at a premium. There were no marked spaces when I arrived so I had to park on the perimeter. The hotel is in what my kids would call a “sketch” area. The clerk was nice and receptive when I mentioned the condition of the room. I personally would not choose to stay here again.

Liked nothing. It was old ugly dirty. I will never choose any of these hotels again. No breakfast just a muffin and coffee was horrible..the whole experience was awful. I loved it had the jacuzzi tub in the room but it was dirty and old and the whole room stunk i went yo buy my own candles just to be able to stay.

"Nice room, horrible service"

My husband and I showed up at 2:10pm to check in and our room wasn’t even started being cleaned yet. We had a wedding to be at for 3pm and wanted to finish getting ready in our room and we weren’t able to do that. When we showed up the employees were sitting in the back just talking. Very unprofessional and inconvenient!!

Staff was friendly but the room wasn’t cleaned very good. No microwave in room. For what you the room offers the price was a little steep. I understand that we went during moto America but the hotel next to it offered more and was cleaner and the price was cheaper. I see why they sold out so quick
