Hotel Albatros

they had zero customer service, did not speak much english, HVAC did not work or barely work. Rooms towels were replaced with cheap cloths, dirty rooms, dirty beds, next to busy road so you hear cars and scooters all day long, dirty elevators, signs where our room was broken into in the past where the out side frame could easily come off and the door unlocked. chisel marks at the door where the lock was. Worst of all is their customer service. both their front desk and their technician. would not recomend this hotel as a place to stay unless you don't care about the customer service, cleanliness of the room, having no hvac, and don't mind the traffic noise or the church next door that rings their bell at 6:00 am in the morning and every 10 min. till 9:00 am.

Nous sommes déçus car nous n'avons pas du tout trouver un hôtel digne de ses 4 étoiles. En tenant compte de la piscine, il ne vaut selon nous que 3 étoiles. Hôtel qui vieillit et manque d'entretien général. Parking à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, non fermé et non surveillé. Notre chambre était propre et grande, malgré quelques toiles d'araignée et une invasion de fourmis dans la salle de bain. Le petit-déjeûner n'était pas appétissant: lait coupé à l'eau, jus d'orange plutôt au goût d'orangina et café à l'odeur suspecte. Très décevant pour un 4 étoiles.

L'hotel non è male, la piscina è comoda e aperta dalle 9 alle 19. Colazione a buffet non molto ricca ma accettabile, non un granchè il caffè e il latte, ma il servizio è ottimo. Comodo per stazione e pullman. Lo consiglio sicuramente.

Siamo stati in questo albergo la settimana scorsa, le camere sono abbastanza pulite, sono state ristrutturate da poco. Alcune parti comuni (ascensore per esempio) sono ancora quelle vecchie. La colazione non è abbondantissima, c'è un solo tipo di cornetti, un solo tipo di salame, un tipo di formaggio, latte, cereali, yogurth. A richiesta cappuccino e caffe (noi li abbiamo provati ma non erano un granchè). Nel complesso comunque lo consiglierei, ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Unica pecca la mancanza di un portiere notturno. Non è possibile che in una zona turistica piena di discoteche/locali un albergo chiuda alle 2 di notte.
