There could have been a coffee machine in the room. There was cooking facility but no accessories. Also we booked it because it had a swimming people but when we got there we were told it wasn’t open till the following week.

DEAll‘apparenza una struttura con personale disponibile ad aiutare, in realtà si è dimostrato l‘opposto.
Eravamo tra i primo ospiti della struttura e bisogna dire che ci si è chiesti cosa abbiano fatto tutto l‘inverno perché la struttura non era assolutamente pronta ad accogliere persone. L‘acqua dai tubi aveva un cattivo odore, sicuramente era la stessa acqua nei tubi della stagione precedente. Siamo stati 4 giorni e per 4 giorni ho visto la stessa torta a colazione… anche se gli ospiti sono pochi non è un motivo per ripresentare le cose del giorno prima. La cosa peggiore è stata la mancata correttezza. Prima di partire mi è stato promesso che mi avrebbero rimborsato un notte per il mancato utilizzo a causa dei traghetti cancellati e l’impossibilità di raggiungere l‘isola. Mi è stato detto che avrebbero mandato il rimborso il lunedì quando l‘ufficio contabilità avrebbe aperto. È passato un mese e ho mandato almeno 10mail, nessuno ma mai reagito e del rimborso nessun segno. Peccato prendere in giro in questo modo i cliente, non ne avete bisogno.
