Nothing had the best stay

Location, view and rooms are amazing. The most idlic central location in Mooloolaba.

The person at reception was unecessarily curt and rude to my husband on our arrival. She made an assumtion that we wanted to check-in early saying, your room is not ready! I had previously communicated that we would like our luggage stored on arrival as we had an early flight. That is all we were hoping for. However, to off-set our unsettling arrival, we were contacted around 12pmto say our room was ready which was great.

Location and view!

Train your staff. Perhaps older ones? Equip the kitchen for cooking more than spaghetti. More comfy furniture - it’s very basic. Some TLC for the property - broken doors and windows.

Great spot with a great view (we were on the 8th floor). BBQ and pool area were good facilities. So central and able to walk everywhere.

We had cockroaches in our room and noticed them in other rooms and in the grounds. 1 crawled up the bed in the middle of the night when I was up to the toilet. If I was in bed it would have crawled right over me / my face. You loaded the pool with chlorine one night. The kids were swimming fine with no goggles and then suddenly their eyes were so red and irritated… definitely could put a friendly notice in the elevator when that happens. We understand the building is old… but our friends had a newly renovated apartment which was so nice, actually question how they are worth the same price. Though our unit had a much better view which was Amazing.
