I arrived with my husband who is now in a wheelchair due to brain cancer reception organized help with all his equipment and our luggage nothing was too much trouble We were so grateful for the help before our adult children and grandchildren arrived We had a wonderful stay so many memories made x

Beautiful place to stay. The view is awesome. Looking out at beach. Just beautiful. Staff exceptionally friendly. Close to shops and restaurants. Would recommend staying here for a beach getaway.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Stayed at Mantra Sirrocco for three night. Booked using our Accor Plus membership. Upgraded to top floor apartment due to our membership status. Apartment was AMAZING! Very modernly styled and overlooking water. Had a balcony so spent one afternoon whale watching. We were lucky as the bay had about ten whales playing in the water. Lots of food options in the area and a Coles supermarket. Secure car parking available. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Property was very clean and the Executive Room was beautiful

The view was lovely, the area was lovely.

All the kitchen cupboards were broken, the step into the bath was massive and really unsteady. The shower and bath didn't work well, couldn't connect the TV to WiFi, pillows needed to be changed on the couch and bedrooms as they have become super soft and discoloured. Tea and coffee didn't get restocked, nor did we get more milk or fresh towels. Had to empty all our own bins before leaving.
