"Great hotel, but breakfast, not so much."

This was a great location. Quite a few restaurants within a 10 minute drive. The rooms very very nice, so we're the people. The woman at the front desk was exceptionally nice! There was only one downside and that was the breakfast. Now this was a Wednesday, although the start of New Year's Eve, but at 845 the breakfast area was nearly decimated. No orange juice, no bread for toast, no hot water, no yogurt. Ran out of sausage and replaced it with barely warmed up sausage. The woman in charge seemed to speak no English, so trying to communicate wasn't working. I haven't experienced this in my 35 years staying at Hamptin Inns. Needs to be addressed.

Very clean. Steve at front desk is helpful! When I visit my aunt in Jax I stay here! Trees and a small pond are in front of this hotel with a sidewalk...great for a morning walk...
