I fell ill suddenly after spending a day in the Sebastian area and needed to stay in the area overnight. This was the only room available closeby. The property is on A1A, between the stunning Indian River and the Atlantic Ocean. There's a lot of money in this area which appears to be a popular tourist spot. It was built in the 1950's and could be a landmark hotel if the owners were to invest in a face lift and desperately needed upkeep. It is a great property, with cottages in addition to the two-building hotel. Too bad it is not valued sufficiently by the property owners.

Property manager and staff were great and very helpful definitely will be staying again love this place had donuts in the morning would be better if they had some bagels or toast too but excellent place to stay affordable and the best facility staff I ve ever met and that's important at staying at a place roomy rooms great clean pool my granddaughter loved it there and wants to go back soon

Just only thing the last room I stayed in I couldn't get the Internet and TV to work but told staff and they helped me fix it right it away definitely a great place to stay

Proximity to my family.

The property needs repairs. Door moldings were missing. Furniture banged up a bit. Toilet paper holder broken. Blinds had a missing slat.

No door on the bathroom for privacy.Behind the toilet needed d to be plastered and painted. The floors and sheets were sandy.The TV was blocked cracked screen.the whole place dirty.
