Very well kept. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. Lots of choices in the area for food and a Publix if you want to get groceries. The staff are exceptionally nice and helpful!

This hotel is horrible!! The staff is absolutely rude and when called out on their disrespect, they ban you from booking there. Although they allow you to book and ask you to pay $75 for a 30 min "pre check-in" only to call you 1 hour later to tell you that your reservation has been canceled due to "violence" from 1 month ago. All the while you haven't been even in the country in 6 months. I have never been violent in my life so this is actually amusing. This hotel will be 💯 % shut down as soon as the new hotel is finalized within the area. Good location to local establishments but horrible customer service. Everyone that was around for this event was appalled. And the hotel is way overdue for renovations. Good luck. ❤️
