The hotel is near great places to eat and very central in the city. The staff are extremely helpful and genuinely interested in you having a pleasant stay.

great little apartment! i wish we had stayed longer so i could have used the kitchen for snacks or something. i did use the laundry machine and dryer. the hotel even provides detergent! nicely decorated. adequate sized rooms. comfortable seating and bed. location is very good - near many restaurants.

Staff were friendly, restaurants very close by. Room is spacious and clean. I would suggest bigger toilet paper rolls as they were very small and there were no spares in the room.

The property is listed as a 5 stars hotel. It may have been 15 years ago and its glory days a well past. As it stands, i would give it a 3 stars. The JW Marriott is next door,. Book that one instead and you won't be disappointed.

It's a nice upscale place and is in the same compound of UB City Mall, so there are some very nice places to eat. The room was quite spacious with very good views of the city.

Good location , decent hotel

It wasn’t memorable because I had asked for a smoking room and eventually got a non smoking room. I was assured I will be moved to a smoking room next day which did not happen (Kiran) from front office had assured. The least that u guys could do was inform

Property is neat. Good enough for business trip. Just a bit old. Convenient since it is connected to a shopping mall with good restaurants. Overall, a bit expensive for property quality.
