Friendliness of staff. Good friendly atmosphere in complex

The apartment we had was overlooking the Square and would get a bit loud especially in the evening. We had a little balcony but it was standing room only. We also had a courtyard but it had absolutely no view, infact it felt a bit like a prison yard with the high walls. I would add this is the first time I was disappointed with the apartment we had in our many stays there

They listened to my request and gave me a room that had sun beds and a sunny balcony…which I consider a necessity on my holidays

Do not like the recycled toilet paper it’s too rough. It is becoming expensive to stay there for the accommodation

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Sunset Bay Club. L’hôtel est impeccable, très propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible. Les appartements sont confortables et bien équipés, l’ambiance est calme et agréable. La piscine et les espaces communs sont très bien entretenus. Très bon emplacement également. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Le seul point négatif concerne les horaires d’arrivée et surtout de départ. Le check-out à 10h est beaucoup trop tôt et peu pratique pour les voyageurs. Cela rend la fin du séjour un peu stressante.
