Very modern, clean and comfy bed. Bar staff excellent

No lounge area to sit and have a drink before or after dinner.

The location has a stunning view. The decor is modern, clean and elegant.

The hill the hotel is situated on top of, it’s a huge hill. Our room had no hot water after 8:45pm, neither the taps in toilet or the shower.

Ideally located only a few minutes walk from all parts of Macduff. The hotel was spacious and incredibly calming. It was so quiet in the rooms and the room was really comfortable. The bed was one of the best I’ve slept in and the shower was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Located on the hill, views were superb from restaurant and rooms. Everywhere tastefully decorated and so clean and comfortable. Loved the rooms, easy to adjust temperature to taste and bathrooms well laid out and so clean, slight downside could hear next doors alarm and TV in the morning but that can't be helped. Evening meal was really good, food exceptional and service first class. Breakfast was forgettable, ok but nothing special apart of course from the view! Please don't see that as a negative, overall it was a great place to stay overnight to enjoy the Moray coast

Some room noise unavoidable I think in older buildings and breakfast was a bit dull, tinned fruit doesn't tempt me really

Great location with comfortable room and bed. Food was fantastic in the restaurant. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.
