Hotel no restaurant near by lots of steps to get to reception room dated no breakfast facilities restaurant closed would not reccom

This hotel was great for a short stay, we had a little balcony area and the breakfast was good for a quick bite. The price was very good and the staff were super friendly. I liked that the car park was secure and had a locked gate.

The hotel is actually closed, no one on site, no security, no bar or communal areas and no breakfast. We were unable to stay after making full payment. No refund.

Cleanness of the bedding was very good. Bathroom and toilet very clean. No issues or problems throughout my stay.

A pleasant stay before flying from Luton the next day. Our room was fine but the hairdryer didn't work properly which I wanted to use. The hotel was clean but lacked certain facilities. There was no bar or restaurant unfortunately. The staff were nice and helpful but we did have to wait over 20 minutes before being let into the premises because they were dealing with a problem. Overall a convenient location for one night before a flight.

I liked the room , it reminded me of hotels I’ve stayed in in Holland. It is under re development at the moment.

They have recently acquired the property There is no bar facilities,There are no eating facilities Breakfast is a poor continental breakfast placed on the first floor that has to be taken back to your room to eat The shower was a good addition to the room Sadly there is a lot of street/ road noise all night and from early morning

The hotel is clean and tidy but very tired and didn’t have a bar or restaurant as was advertised. The staff were very attentive and the room clean, just tired. The reception staff told me there is a refurb planned and I can see from facilities it was once a very good hotel.
