Nice clean rooms plus water and a cold fridge. Cereals and fruit were on offer. Hosts were polite and friendly

Just not having a cooked breakfast.

Breakfast box cerel, fruit,coffee, tv worked if u could get it to ,bathroom clean ,hot water for shower hard to get to work if u could,sink wY to small,even for wash,staff friendly, once u r in,all hotel on South shore being knocked down ,for houses to be built,so thay donot what to do much to property's on South shore, wish it been cooked Breakfast, to get one out cost £29.00 which could done without ,avoid South shore without seeing ,staff great ,bed great,coffee any time ,rest that's it .

All above,no cooked breakfast,tv .not working properly, shower hard to get hot water out off,sink to small to wash in ,beds great,staff great ,all South shore hotels getting knocked down for new builds ,hotel OK for quick overnight stay

Everything was perfect. From the friendly and accommodating staff (who went out of their way to help us), how very clean it was and how nice and quiet it was. They had fans in every room, which was perfect. Our whole party couldn't speak highly enough of the staff and the hotel. We'll be back again ☺️

The staff were excellent.

Somebody smoking in one of the rooms not detrimental to the hotel just a typical ignorant smoker.

We stayed one night. The owner greeted us with sweets for the girls, coffee & fresh milk for the room. The room was clean and warm & beds was comfortable. Good value for money. Would stay again.

Location was peace and quiet. The owner was very nice and friendly. In room we've got everything what we need as fridge, tea, coffee, sugar, kettle, towels etc. Bathroom small but very clean and smelled nice. No moulds, compare to the other places where we stayed before, it was absolutely gorgeous.

It was very hot in the room, even though the radiator was turned off, but it wasn't that big of a problem because there was a fan in the room which turned out to be very useful and helped us get through the night.

I liked the warm welcome we received, The host was great and very considerate and inviting. The beds were very comfortable and it had all the facilities we needed. The location was also a bonus as it was a short, nice walk over to pleasure beach. It was also a nice surprise to get fresh milk in the morning from host for our morning coffee.

The only thing that let it down was the lack of carpark on the property so we had to find and pay for a carpark and then walk to the hotel, however it was not along walk and it’s to be expected as it is like a town house style set up terraced so no space for car park. There are parking spaces on the street in front of the hotel however they were all taken which I suspect they mostly always are. Still worth the stay. Would recommend for sure.

The staff were absolutely amazing, they treated my son like a little prince and he absolutely adored it. They made his first holiday in Blackpool perfect and he hasn't stopped talking about it since we got home.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.
