It was very clean , comfortable , great bathroom . Plenty of guest tea / coffee / treats and Kelly- Marie was really friendly and knew all the best places to eat plus hints and tips

"Exceptional Guest House"

We've stayed at the Marine View Guest House on numerous occasions now and we always stay there when we visit Scarborough. Kelly-Marie is an exceptional host and nothing is to much trouble. Rooms are always clean and the Seaview rooms are stunning. Would highly recommend.

"Wonderful location- a little gem of a guest house"

We had a very enjoyable stay in the sea view room on the third floor. The views are stunning over the wonderful bay from the room. The location is perfect for exploring both the North and South bays of Scarborough. Kelly-Marie is one of the nicest warm hearted hosts we have ever come across providing good knowledge of the area. She has good attention to detail with lots of lovely touches to the room. The beds were lovely and comfortable and nice fluffy towells and even a pair of binoculars were a lovely touch in the room.We really could not fault anything and look forward to returning to this little gem of a guest house at some point in the future.

Location, staff, room cosiness.

Could hear other guests staying. Some guests were up very late and could hear walking through floorboards.
