Another great stay. Made to feel very welcome. Lovely hosts. Excellent location - close enough to the hustle and bustle but in a nice quiet area with free on street parking nearby. Comfortable warm room and a nice breakfast with plenty of options. Looking forward to our next visit

Adam and Phil were exceptional hosts! We stayed during the Blackpool Illuminations switch on weekend and they were incredibly helpful about events and even had some spare tickets for Olly Murs that they kindly passed on to us!! What a lovely and welcoming surprise! We stayed in the WHAM! room and it was so cosy and EXCEPTIONALLY clean with the most thoughtful amenities such as a black towel for make up! The attention to detail did not go a-miss. It's very clear that Adam and Phil are experienced hosts - they really do think of everything! Breakfast was 10/10, and made to order! We had a slight medical issue during our stay, but with all of the information provided in the room guest-book, we were able to get the help that we needed and Adam and Phil were more than accommodating and caring the next day when we needed some extra guidance. Would thoroughly recommend, the location is also excellent and very quiet! Can't wait to plan another trip back!

Loved the themed rooms which were cosy, tidy and full of personality. The bed was comfortable and made for a good nights sleep. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels, toilet rolls, soap and had a good warm shower. The rooms had enough toiletries, teas, coffees etc to meet our needs for the two nights we stayed. Nice hosts who were both friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and welcoming. Music orientated room Coldplay theme a little chocolate on the bed lots of nice little touches they seem to have thought of everything 😀

Very welcoming and relaxing. The room was very comfortable and clean. There was a very good guest information booklet which gave a lot of relevant information. The guest house is located in a quieter area of Blackpool away from the centre. Would re-book.

I was on the top floor ( and unfortunately no lift) X but this was more to do with me not reading the small print when booking X but overall probably done me good ( plenty of exercise) 😁😁
