Hosts friendly. Very homely, very clean, room good size and bed comfy. Breakfast was very tasty Location good for trams and near gynn Square. Overall great place to stay at good price

"Adam and Phil are fantastic hosts"

Everything. Very warm welcome from Adam and Phil. Nice cosy room and comfortable bed. Quiet at night which was great for sleeping. We enjoyed being able to have a drink in the bar and chatting with the other guests. Breakfast was nice and relaxed. A bonus was being able to park in a nearby road for nothing. Nice and close to the sea front and illuminations. Excellent value for money. We’re already looking to see when we can visit again. Thanks for a great weekend 😊
