Serendipity House

The breakfast was lovely! Large choice of cereals, fruit, pastries, juice, tea, coffee. The shower was very nice. The bed was comfortable. Nice quiet street. Having arrived early, I was able to leave my bag and the staff member who let me in said she would take it to my room when the room was ready.

Touchscreen locks!! I went to the house at the time expected (3 pm). I did not know I had been sent an e-mail with the code - at 6 am on my arrival day (I was told), when I did not have my laptop turned on. A member of staff answered the Ring (?) doorbell remotely, and tried to give me the code, which did not work! He came to the house and the code did not work for him either!! He changed the code, this one worked fine. The heating in the room and bathroom was on all night, which apart from being wasteful and unnecessary, made the room uncomfortable.

Beds comfortable, shower great and location good

Disappointing as we booked as a group but where then divided up between two properties and two rooms were in another b&b across street, said due to rooms being damaged by flooding however there was others booked in unsure as why our group weren't kept together and others across street. We also weren't made aware of this until morning off arrival just mesage with name and key code, had to figure out wasnt even in the same building, if had been aware of this sooner would have booked else where. Also has it on pictures a bar area however this has been boarded up and not in use was not made aware of this when booking. No communal area to sit particularly in evenings if wanted to have a drink. False advertising, advised recent flooding however from other reviews this has been over a year. Also ring cameras throughout house which is uncomfortable understand for security reasons but think this should specified on advertisment., breakfast staff were generally pleasant and helpful.

La habitación era diminuta y no había apenas sitio para poner la ropa La cama era diminuta, para una persona vale pero para dos es incomodísima. Tampoco se podía acceder al lavabo del baño fácilmente., era diminuto y estaba en una esquina tapado por la ducha. Había poco jabón y el dispensador estaba roto.

Ausstattung und Frühstück waren Super. Es gab einmal Probleme mit dem automatischen Checkin, weil die Batterie nahezu leer war. Der Betreiber kam aber und löste das Problem.

È vicina al centro città.

Camera piccolissima, non adeguata ad ospitare tre persone, soprattutto senza armadi e senza possibilità di appendere le cose, era molto sporco, il letto non era matrimoniale come richiesto,ma da una piazza e mezza; materasso scomodissimo, lavandino attappato e impossibile da utilizzare; prodotti per il bagno inesistenti.

Clean, well situated, parking was never a problem and breakfast was great.
