Location great - 100yrds from tram stop - plenty of on street parking free of charge. Wayne (host) met us on arrival and helped us with luggage etc - very attentive host - spotlessly clean apartment with plenty of room - selection of tea/coffee/biscuits in the apartment as well as washing up liquid etc - nice touch

It was very close to the beach.

I was in a single room, and there was a light outside the building opposite, and it was very bright in my room. I couldn't sleep

All good, nothing to dislike!.. we usually stay central Blackpool..the tram stop is situated outside property so easy access to the centre. We had ground floor with lovely gardens back and front. Everything you need really!
