Alaiye Resort & Spa Hotel - All Inclusive

We hebben afgelopen november een perfecte vakantie gehad samen met mijn vrouw en onze kleine meid van 3. Het personeel is bijzonder aardig en geven je echt een vakantie gevoel met name voor de kinderen, dit ondanks dat het het laag seizoen was. Dit laatste was gelijk een voordeel voor ons, aangezien het lekker rustig was en alle faciliteiten bijna privé ter beschikking had :-) Ook fijn dat er winkels direct buiten het hotel aanwezig waren, zoals een supermarkt en wat lokale standaard winkels met kleren enz. Al met al een Top vakantie gehad.

Les infrastructures larges, avec la plage déportée nous ont permis de rester 2 semaines sur place sans problèmes en amoureux. Attention a l'atmosphère très Allemande, car ils représentent 70-80% des résidents et ne sont pas forcement... intéressants pour partager/dialoguer (La remarque est aussi bonne pour toute la cote sud bien sur). * Nourriture très fraiche et verte. Seuls les desserts n'ont pas d'intérêts, et les fruits sont mal mis en valeurs... Dommage. * Personnel Turc a la hauteur, discrets (presque invisible pour la logistique), efficaces. Ne parlent pas Français, donc Anglais 'de voyage' nécessaire (Le vrai accent anglais a du mal a être compris). Équipe d'animation sympa. * Attention la piscine intérieure et les 2 piscines extérieures ne sont pas chauffées, et plus froides que la mer en Novembre. Impossible a pratiquer. Direction la mer donc.

Overall was excellent! However, reception was ok, wish they were more helpful and more smiling when guests arrive. Food was overall decent, the pools were good and clean, some staff were friendly. The sea was awesome, I really enjoyed stay with my family.

Shabby three star hotel: leaking ceiling on the 5th floor, terrible and slow internet, bedding were changed every three days, small and dirty elevators, dirty restrooms next to the main restaurant and at the beach, rotten eggs smell in the Spa entrance and the second swimming pool, misleading staff, slow service in the main restaurant and not enough seats to accommodate everyone at the beginning of the food service, limited English speaking staff, old TV set, etc.

Toller Service, sehr freundliches Personal, stets hilfsbereit, schöne Anlage! Tolle Auswahl beim Essen, hier ist für Jeden etwas dabei! Meine 11-jährige Tochter und ich, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

At first When arriving by car I was told that I did not have a room even though I had paid in advance. The first 2 nights myself and my 5 year old daughter were woken up in the middle of the night by partying neighbours and nothing was done about it until they moved out even though I complained. When my daughter cut her foot in the indoor pool first the receptionist refused to give me a plaster and said I had to carry my bleeding and crying daughter to the next building where I should see a doctor. When trying to get the mandatory towels from reception they did not have any and after waiting for them for 10 minutes (I was assured they would come) I went back to my room and got room towels. The hotel is nowhere near 5 stars, I would give it 3. It is clean, the food is very average and the all inclusive deal (which I was automatically signed up to) meant very bad quality of drinks. If you are a German pensioner you will find a lot of like minded and nice people. If you enjoy good service and decent quality you will be utterly disappointed. I chose the hotel because it was January, my girl likes swimming and it was the only 4 star plus hotel available with an indoor pool. What a disappointment!!!

Exceptional service. Manager, Ali is very capable The beach is very clean and accessible. The staff is friendly and willing to lend a hand.

It was a great experience for me and my family staying at Alaiye Resort and Spa, its beautiful , our son loved it specially the swimming pools and water slides and the arcade. Staff were all friendly, well, apart from one of the not-so-helpful guest relation officer. But there's another who's nice so it was fine. Our room was nice, spacious and clean, the only downside was the top sheets on the bed, it was very rough and there was no soft sheets in between it and the bed as blanket so it felt as if we were being exfoliated whilst trying to sleep, very uncomfortable, but the maid gave us soft duvets the next morning upon our request so it was all good in the end. It turned out that the not-so-helpful guest relations officer was just the wrong person to ask.( tip the maid) The food was so good apart from breakfast but there are plenty of different selections which makes up for it. There were 3 other different restaurants to choose from for dinner which has to be booked the day before, i'd recommend Ottoman and Medditeranian, Chinese was ok but you'll have to head out to the hotel's main restaurant after, because you will still feel hungry due to their small servings. They serve buffet in the main restaurant until 10:00 pm so it was just perfect :) The hotel is very close to the beach, and had a lot of activities to offer. We would like to come back and stay in this hotel in future, and we highly recommend it specially to families. It's like cloud 9 for kids, and very safe too.

...mycket långt ifrån de fem stjärnor man uppger sig ha, vad gäller allt: mat, rumsstandard, renlighet, renovering, etc. Och pubilken är mestadels överviktiga kedjerökande 50+.
