Convenient location, close to a Bonus grocery store and bus stops #11 and #13, and a short walk to the city centre. It’s self-service with codes to get in for the main door, luggage storage, and room. The bed was comfortable and there seemed to be a way to adjust room temperature although we did not have to. The room has a basic kitchenette with enough amenities for a short stay. There is also a nice cafe across the street. Vladimir was helpful, very pleasant and responsive, anytime I messaged with a question or issue.

The bathrooms could use an update. The small handwashing sink made it hard to wash your face without getting water everywhere. The shelf above the sink was also not level so the front pointed downwards slightly. The shower doors could not close properly and the shower head does not fit into the holder so you are left to hold it by hand. Installing hooks by the door for jackets and in the bathroom for towels would be useful. We used closet space for our jackets but it’s not ideal when they are wet. We hung our towels went on the towel warmer and on backs of chairs. We also asked the cleaner for a couple of hand towels for the bathroom and kitchen.

Die Lage ist gut zum Erkunden von Reykjavik, man läuft ca. 15 min bis ins Zentrum. Um die Ecke ist gleich ein Bonus und eine Foodhall. Vor der Tür ist ein großer Parkplatz, hinterm Haus im Hof kann man auch parken. Die Wohnung hat alle Ausstattung, die man braucht.

Die Wohnung war nicht gründlich gereinigt, auf den Teppichen war noch jede Menge Krümel und Staub, das Waschbecken im Bad sehr kalkverkrustet. Insgesamt macht alles einen deutlich abgewohnten Eindruck, auf den Fotos sieht es deutlich besser aus. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Bei Sonne werden die Schlafzimmer sehr warm, die kleinen Fenster, die man öffnen kann, reichen nicht, um die Räume abzukühlen.

Situation idéale pour visiter la ville à pied. Très proches des lieux d’intérêt à visiter. Appartement lumineux, de belle taille, bien aménagé, décoré avec goût et simplicité, très cosy.

Le code fournis par mail ne fonctionnait pas pour ouvrir l’appartement. On a dû appeler l’assistance car il n’y a personne sur place Le parking prévu n’est pas réservé. C’est juste un stationnement normal dans la rue

It was set up for self-serve -- I got a front door code and room code in advance. That worked. Location was good for exploring Reykjavik. Kitchen was tiny but adequately equipped. Place was quiet.

Parking in the lot was limited; we needed to find street parking 2 out of 3 nights we were there -- but we found free parking only 2 blocks away, so we managed. Room is a little dark, a little hot in summer, but generally fine.

De locatie is geweldig. Op loopafstand van het centrum van Reykjavik. Het appartement biedt veel ruimte Gratis parkeren voor de deur.
