Framför allt läget och att det fanns en balkong.

Ruffig inredning, råa betonggolv, skjutdörrar. Utrustningen i köket lämnade en hel del övrigt att önska. Dåligt med förvaringsmöjligheter, en walk-in-closet i ett av sovrummen. I övrigt inga skåp/lådor. Ingen trivsam lägenhet.

Appartamento nel seminterrato con scarsa ventilazione, soprattutto se si cucina e quando si usa la doccia. Stoviglie sporche lasciate probabilmente dai precedenti affittuari
