Fantastic. One of the best hotels I ever stayed in for this price band.

convenient, but the room is quite old

Poor service, poor facilities, bad location, poor breakfast.

The soundproof needs to be improved as I could hear the next door’s conversation pretty clear.

Good location and good price. Gym is okay but some machines do not work well, at least there’s weights and enough space to do your own exercises. The gym has no treadmill and one machine that is somewhat like an elliptical, and a few bikes and weights, yoga mats etc. Staff was nice and hotel is a 3 block walk from Sanduo Shopping District station which saved us a lot of time getting around.

This hotel does not provide any toiletries including towels. They state they are eco friendly. I can understand not providing toiletries but no towels? That’s ridiculous when traveling. Most hotels will ask the guest to reuse towels but not providing any is just crazy. The windows would not open and the portable fan just made the room smell even more sour and musty. I would defiantly not recommend this hotel to anyone

The property was well maintained that provided guests a good ambiance and great feeling throughout the stay.

Check-in very slow

I love the room, but the majority problem is the shower, it's not powerful and the water is not that hot as well...
