Good value, great location, good breakfast. This was our 3 year staying at this location while our team of journalists covered the Sandhill Crane All-Trail Run in Vandalia. I expect we'll return in 2026.

The pool closed an hour early for cleaning. I wasn't told this would happen when I asked about pool hours.

The staff

The broken exercise equipment and my bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. When to put my shoes on and the carpet near my bed smelled of urine. My curtains wouldn't shut all the way.

"Very Comfy, TV needs directions."

Beds were super comfy, artwork/room styling was brilliant, breakfast was available at designated time and was delicious. Did not hear our neighbors.

The TV did not work and front desk did not know how to troubleshoot or fix it.
