Les Roches Rouges, a Beaumier hotel

Nach wie vor gefällt uns das Design, die Pools, der schön gestaltete Aussenbereich und der Zugang zum Meer, welcher noch verbessert wurde. Der neue Anbau ist auch sehr gelungen und sieht optisch gut aus. Positiv und sehr freundlich war der Checkin Prozess sowie der Mitarbeitende im Pool Bereich. Sehr gut ist auch die Erweiterung des Angebot für Wassersportaktivitäten.

Das Personal im Service wirkte teilweise recht unmotiviert, das betrifft die neue Bar oberhalb des Salzwasser Pools (es wirkt einfach nicht einladend, wenn die Mitarbeitenden am Handy sind, wenn Gäste kommen anstatt sofort den Gästen eine Karte zu bringen) und auch das Restaurant. Für ein fünf Sterne Hotel fällt es weiterhin an den gewissen Details. Wir würden auch einen Ping Pong Tisch wieder begrüssen.

The aesthetic and design is absolutely what makes this hotel a destination. The rock carved pool and unobstructed beach front views with no other immediate nearby hotels is amazing. The spa masseuse Carolina is absolutely amazing at the lymphatic gua-sha style massge, go for the 75 min. The breakfast was consistently great for eggs and fresh fruit along with tons of baked breads and croissants. Options for every one, coffee/lattes great. The service by the pool well staffed and never a long wait for your order, the rooms very comfortable and all facing the water for the most part. Patios off the room perfectly sized to sit and enjoy the views, as well as outdoor movie nights a great touch! The restaurants while pricey, as expected, had great options and especially loved the wagu steak and frites. Customer service by the staff is viewed as 5-star as they will assist and rectify any reasonable issue.

There is confusion over the availability of a shuttle, as it is listed as an available amenity. We were explained later most guests arrive to the hotel by car transport or rental car. We are from NY and were visiting a few spots on the coast that are known for heavy traffic so we opted to use the train. As we have in Switzerland, italy, numerous times we assumed there would be transportation service from the stop to the hotel which was a 10-minute walk on a busy road with no sidewalk as we were arriving around 5pm. Since this hotel also doesn’t do email or booking.com message prior to your stay this aspect was missed on my end and we needed to pay €30 to get a taxi to drive all our luggage the 10 mins. Photo below is our walk to the train stop the day of departure. Due to the location being a little rural ubers are the cheaper option but not reliable for this exact need. Overall it might benefit the hotel to truly earn the 5-star rating by investing in a golf cart sized shuttle to offer for the guests who may be arriving/leaving via train. The hotel did compensate our taxi cost with beverages which highlights the great customer service. Additionally the lunch menu really needs a burger, sandwich or panini option or atleast chicken skewers, as others mentioned. Overall highly recommend!

La posizione è meravigliosa, lo staff è cortese e sorridente. L’effetto scenico della piscina sul mare è impagabile. Prima colazione molto buona. A disposizione sup e canoe per navigare intorno alla struttura. Di notte si sente il rumore del mare ed è molto bello

La stanza a mio parere è spartana per essere un 5 stelle. Potrebbe essere più confortevole restando comunque essenziale. Ha piovuto e non c’è stata una corretta gestione: le previsioni lo avevano anticipato e si poteva evitare di far bagnare tutti i cuscini e materassi dei lettini, rendendoli non utilizzabili per parecchie ore. Sarà stato certamente un caso isolato ma l’istruttrice di sound therapy non si è presentata all’orario previsto, che erano le 8:30. Pare sia arrivata dopo, ma noi dopo mezz’ora di attesa siamo andati via. Non ho provato il ristorante stellato, ma gli altri due potrebbero avere più scelta nel menù. La focaccia del bar della piscina ad esempio è buona ma molto piccola. Sarebbe apprezzabile un semplice spaghetto al pomodoro oppure un hamburger. Cose semplici ma che piacciono a tutti
