Everything was great EXCEPT using the TV. It took half an hour to figure out how to navigate the channels. There was a listing of the channels available but no instruction of how to get to them. Very frustrating. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay--the room was very clean and comfortable.

We have been staying here when we go to Casper for a little over a year. My mom had cancer and started chemo in Casper. While I had stayed in Casper many times before we were nervous about the amount of time and pricing of hotels during our stays. I came across Baymont and the price was great!! After our initial stay we were hooked. Staff is great, pool is great, breakfast is great, and hot tub was just what we needed before or after a long day!! Thank you

We spent one night in a double queen. When we arrived the front desk staff was pleasant. Arriving to our room, it smelled of cigarette smoke even through it states non smoking. The light in the bathroom barely turned on. Very dirty appearance all over. My 2 yr old ran around in his socks briefly until I noticed his socks were black. The pool was a very strong chlorine pool. The rooms clearly need updating. The breakfast had a few choices which was good. Probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Nice hotel. Easy access off the highway, and clean guest rooms. The check in was quick, and the A/C in the room was actually quiet! Only thing I will say is that the tub drained very slowly during a shower, so ended up standing in ankle deep water. But I like the place and it was quiet. Will probably stay again.
