Cold or lukewarm showers, cheap toilet paper, bad neighborhood

The young woman who checked us in was very friendly

It's in very poor condition. All the facilities are outdated and damaged. There wasn't even trash bags in the basket, no ice and poor lighting .

The mattresses were horrible, the room was nice , but I woke up most of the night cuz it was like sleeping on a piece of plywood, and it felt like you were gonna roll off the side , it was not comfortable at all

Didn't feel safe here! Lock on door fell off! Not a good neighbor hood! Old hotel very dark in halls and rooms! Parking is not very good! You have to park on the back and its not safe! Stay somewhere else!

I have stayed in several hotels in espanola over the past few days. This is by far the most poorly maintained while still costing the same price point as other hotels that are nicer. The bathroom door in the room did not work and hotel room keys did not work. The overall age of the carpet and furnishings probably hasn't been updated since opening. Would recommend going anywhere else in town.

I thought i was getting a good deal, but when I was unsatisfied with the facilities, I requested an early leave and was charged much more for my inconvenience than I anticipated, I was an exemplary tenant who just received a bad visit.

When first arriving, I had to look for someone at the front desk even though I arrived 10 minutes ahead of my schedule arrive time that wasn't a problem it wasn't until after I got my key and proceeded to the back in my vehicle with my family . There was a group of men maybe 12 to 15 in a circle in a suspicious manner a couple of them walked around my car . One was propping the back of the hotel door open.
