L’hôtel Shana bénéficie d’un très bon emplacement, le personnel est aux petits soins, les chambres sont très propres et les espaces communs conviviaux. Le restaurant propose une cuisine de qualité et variée.

Les chambres standard sont un peu petites pour une famille et nous n’avions qu’une fenêtre qui donnait sur une cours intérieure Difficile de se garer au vu de la configuration de l’hôtel mais le personnel trouvait toujours une solution

well , impossible to stay on the terrasse with all the air conditionner (5) just under who brings a lot of heat and the worst is the noise at night. Nothing to hang the old towels we got in the bathroom. the mini bar completely empty. As I wanted to do my proposal to my fiancé, I ask before arrival if I could get a room in the high floor. we were located on floor level with access by the basement. I even propose to pay a little extra for this occasion. nothing to do.

Loved all the wildlife, great breakfast, family loved the pools, nice little private beach, staff were wonderful and helpful! Kids can’t wait to go back

Very steep walk up from our room to the pool restaurant area but golf carts and staff were there when we really needed them

Enjoyed our ocean view from the balcony, the sunsets were beautiful. Had fun watching the capuchin monkeys jumping around property, especially seeing the baby being carried by its mother. Breakfast was wonderful, always enjoyed the delicious pastry options. The entire staff was exceptional, from helping with our baggage to serving us at the poolside or at the restaurant. Special shout out to Kevin.

Would have liked to have a few washcloths in the bathrooms and towels in the kitchen area (either paper towels or cloth).
