Horrible, staff and management does not care if you had a bad stay or good stay. Marriott comp. doesn't care either. Multiple things wrong with property including 7-8 cars broken into along with others attempted and damaged windows. Staff knew about problem abd did nothing or warn anyone. They protected thier cars by parking under the awning to keep an eye on them. Ran out of coffee, waffle batter butter, cream cheese, milk, enlish muffins, reg bagels and much more. When asked tge breakfast person, response to us " I'm sorry we ran out". Pool was closed on spring break weekend. Staff was not at front desk or answer phone for long periods of time. Bed were horrible, everyone in our party had back pain from sleeping there, on top of that we did not get the rooms we reserved. Which I know aren't guaranteed but im not sure the even tried. I gave every opportunity to make it right and was treated like an inconvenience. Called Marriott corp, twice, second time was put on hold for 35 min to talk to a manager because the only nice person I talked to said she wanted to elevate it to a manager and was having a hard time getting one on the phone. That manager was uncaring, rude, and lying to us. As we were talking to her she put us on hold mid sentence for another 20 min the hung up on us
