Everything was absolutely amazing!!! I love love love this hotel and location!

The only complaint I have is the loading and unloading zone was going through construction so I wasn’t able to unload at the door instead I had to park and bring everything up which I didn’t mind but I would have liked to unload at the front so I could carry on about my day without parking. But overall no biggie! I still enjoyed my stay!

"Valet was Top Notch"

Eric and Josh from the valet at the Renaissance hotel are top notch. When we gave them the wrong key to our vehicle, they came to the restaurant where we were dining and searched for us to make sure they hadthe correct key in the vehicle was safe. Service like this is hard to find these days. Eric and Josh went above and beyond and are grateful.

Room did not have a microwave The refrigerator did not work, one was brought up and placed on the floor The bathtub was not the one pictured in the photos at the time of selecting a room. Went down to the restaurant for dinner, waited 10 minutes and was not offered anything to drink Overall stay did not meet expectations.
