"Will not use red roof again."

Very little.

Room was not clean. Needs updated. Remote did not work. Unkempt man tried to get me to open secure door to my section. Did not feel safe. I was charged more than what reservation quoted me. No breakfast.

Nothing.

Everything. Floor under air conditioning had leaked at one point looked like black mold! Refrigerator on but not cold! Smell in hall ways. No sound proofing. Conversations going on in rooms were heard in the hall ways as tho in the same room. No privacy. Would never stay there again! Advise against anyone staying there!

The location

The room had an awful smell. There was no shower curtain in the room when we checked it. The beds were horrible. The description stated the rooms were remodeled and I was told at check in that we were getting one of their best rooms. If that is one of them then I’d hate to see the others.
