Everything was very well maintained. The studio room we got was huge and the terrace area was amazing. Very close to the front and everything we needed. Staff were all very helpful.

Good sized room with nice view. Fresh drinking water in room is handy. Nice pools with lots of sun beds available.

Bit noisy at night outside complex but not too late into night.

It had everything you needed was clean the staff were very friendly.

The booking of sun-beds could’ve been explained on check in. Rather than us working it out on our last day.

"Spacious room with full kitchen"

The room was very nice and spacious. We enjoyed the deck from our room and having the ability to cook in our full kitchen. having a couple of pool options was nice. Centrally located between the north and south beaches. The staff were very helpful with transportation, questions, and things to do in town.

Probably not the fault of the hotel, but there were no young people. The majority of people were elderly, most likely retired. And we were younger. Didn’t like that the pools closed very early and the pool bar closed also

"Great holiday"

Just returned from a lovely week away family of four (16&12 year olds) to begin with staff at the hotel so friendly from the pool staff, reception bar pool staff to the lovely couple at the mini Market. Rooms well sized with all essentials; cleaned well with large outdoor space. The only feedback of you are on the back block then you will often see staff smoking outside from near by restaurant so can prevent wanting to sit outside at times and lots of cats that do tend to hand around if a nighttime but friendly and caused no issues. Would definitely return and recommend we had such a pleasant stay. We liked the subbed reservation System which made the holiday more relaxing. Large supermarket close by and the one on site reasonably Prices and pastries to die for! Alongside a little coffee machine- thanks Sunset Harbour see you in the future 🫶🏻
