"Awesome stay, great staff and great view"

The property is at an excellent location which is a suoer walkable distance both to kata and karon beach. The king suite room was extraordinary with the best view I could ever ask for. Room service, cleaning, and Reception staff was excellent. Really loved it.

The climb to the resort is a bit tiring. U have to wait for the shuttle service to take u up the hill. Also the shuttle service starts at 10am to 11pm. Battery car shuttle service should be more readily available.

Breakfast was OK . Staff were nice

but the room was quite smelly and the bed was old, not comfortable and made by back hurt. Elevator out of operation and the hotel did not offer me anything in return for that, especially when my group had an elder who cannot walk up and down stairs.

"Great location, home like amenities and a private pool what else could you ask for?"

We had a villa with a pool and it was perfect after walking around all day in the heat.

Only minor complaints. Ordering room service was hard due to language barrier over the phone. There was no available ice and no ice trays in the freezer. But over all we loved it and would definitely stay again.

Personeel was wel vriendelijk en open om de problemen net als kapote verlichting, kapote aico etc op te lossen.

De hele gebouw is outdated...electra werkt niet
