"Großer Renovierungsbedarf! Tolle Lage, super Personal!"

Das Frühstück war sehr gut (frisches Obst, leckere frisch zubereitete Eier). Das Personal war äußerst freundlich! Wir haben uns beim Hotelmanager über den Zustand des Hotels beschwert und hätten gerne eine Rückerstattung bekommen, um in ein anderes Hotel zu ziehen. Er hat uns ein Zimmer im nebengelegenen Peach Hill Hotel gegeben, welches wirklich sehr schön und modern war!

Das Hotel benötigt dringend eine Renovierung! Schon als wir ankamen, habe ich mich unwohl gefühlt. Im Eingangsbereich riecht es muffig, was sich auch durch die Gänge zieht! Das Zimmer war so lala, beim genauen hinsehen konnte man aber viele Mängel entdecken! Das schlimmste war jedoch der Hauptpool, wo ich am ersten Tag an der Überlaufrinne am Pool eingebrochen bin! Die Poolanlagen allgemein sind sehr ungepflegt und das Blossom Pool stellt wirklich eine Gefahr für Kleinkinder dar! Die liegen sind einfach super eklig und alt. Nur an einem Pool gibt es schone, neue Liegen. Wir können die guten Bewertungen hier auf Booking gar nicht nachvollziehen… Ich hoffe das Hotel wird demnächst mal komplett renoviert, da die Lage wirklich ein Traum ist und auch das Personal toll ist! Trotzdem würden wir in dem aktuellen Zustand niemals mehr hierher kommen!
