Facility needs minor reinvention/repair. Located at hill.

Расположение хорошее. Хочень на Кату иди, хочешь на Карон. Пешком до Каты минут 10 максимум. В итоге купались на Кате, так как там была волна меньше значительно чем на Кароне. В отеле все приемлемо, если сильно не концентрироваться интерьерами и красотой отеля, а рассматривать его как место отдыха между активностью. Все необходимое есть в отеле.

Кондиционер шумный на всех режимах. Даже Low режим шумит сильно и воздуха много прохладного гонит в номер. Если бы сделать чуть поменьше скорость для ночного режима, было бы замечательно. Еды много, но не такая вкусная как хотелось бы. Даже жаренные яйца и омлет почему то не вкусные. Кофе не вкусный из машины. В номере делал кофе привезенный с собой через фильтр, жаль что персонал не разрешает десерты брать с завтрака в номер для этого. В целом завтраком остался не доволен. Надо отелю его как то оптимизировать.

Struttura molto bella complessivamente ma da tenere un po’ meglio. Stanza enorme e molto comoda, bagno compreso.

Salita un po’ fastidiosa da fare continuamente, ma se non si hanno problemi non é nulla di impegnativo.

The location AC is good

The access to the hotel is not convenient as its a sharp uphill and most local deliveries reject to deliver. The bed is completely uncomfortable. Too many ants in the property. The walkways are smelly and damp. Breakfast only has black coffee, no latte, flat white, cappuccino etc

Soundproofing between rooms and also the hallway was nonexistent. Got woken up every morning by other guests' doors slamming and the housekeeping trolley trundling past before 9am. Room was clean but smelt damp. Bathroom didn't have doors that closed properly. Wouldn't recommend the breakfast - does the job, but overall quality of food was poor.

Wonderful and accommodating staff - so personable and helpful! Spacious rooms with huge beds, plenty of storage, and good amenities (including umbrellas for the rain!) The buffet breakfast was AMAZING with a huge spread and great seating. The pools were clean and well-maintained. The hotel is an easy 10 minute stroll from Kata beach, and there are heaps of restaurants and convenience stores within a 5 minute walk. We booked four rooms, and two were upgraded to a combined 2-bedroom villa, which was very generous as it came with its own pool.

Some of the linens in the villa smelled of mildew on the first night, and there were some surfaces which needed a proper dusting. The shower in the top floor of the villa was unfortunately unusable, as it had very poor water pressure and nil hot water. The airconditioning in the top room was wild, great if you like to sleep in an arctic snowstorm. The hotel was located atop a steep hill (a short but very steep walk!) which we knew about and weren't bothered by, but something to be aware of if you are mobility impaired. The shuttle runs on demand to get you up and down this hill, we never waited more than 3-5 minutes for it to arrive.
