great place to stay

Didn't like anything but staying in the room. Water supposedly is free but it's not free. Wifi comes with a charge. You get charge for every little thing. Not good service compare to the price they charge for the stay for one night.

Was a good decision to stay close to airport at end of holiday. Lovely pool to cool off. Rooms comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Very convenient location for transit flights. Nice dining area. Comfortable rooms. My bathroom had a strong sewer smell.

My parents and I stayed here one night, it was such a horrific experience we won't be staying in Fiji again.... The courtesy van was waiting and took us the 300m to the hotel; that was appreciated. Check in was relatively easy and we had interconnecting rooms 718 and 719 (I was in 719). The doorjambs between the rooms were dirty and had clearly been years since cleaned. We were a bit stunned when we walked into the rooms - they have a fantastic photographer, I'll leave it at that. My room had a musty smell when entering. We dropped our bags in the rooms and established where we could eat. I popped back to get my insect spray for the mozzies and killed a cockroach (this was within 30 mins of arriving). We ate a quick meal about 5pm of 2 pizzas and wedges between the 3 of us (the pizzas were freshly made with fresh ingredients) it wasn't a particularly cheap meal, but easy as the only place to eat within walking distance. After going nearly 24 hours without sleep and were desperate to just get into bed. At hotels I go around the bed and pull out the tightly tucked in sheets, I turned around and there was a small brown bug walking up from the base of the bed. When I killed it the tissue and sheet had blood burst over it..... I googled it on the one hour wifi pass I was given (60 mins once logged on to each room) and it confirmed a bed bug-adult about 7 weeks old). Thankfully I hadn't even gotten into bed. I went down to front desk and they confirmed quickly, yes it was a bed bug. Luckily I took photos of the remainder of the bedbug, and tissue and the sheet with blood on. It took the manager 20 minutes to come and speak with me. I wanted to leave and find somewhere else. Apparently the staff tried to call other places and there was nothing else free. We were moved to a deluxe room 614 and 617 (I just wanted something without bed bugs). We bagged up our cases in plastic and the clothes we had worn, this took hours. The next morning walking past the room I could see the mattress against the wall and the bed base was gone. We were required to complete guest statement forms and given breakfast. We were clear we wanted a full refund. After an hour we were told I would be refunded, but not my parents. We explained with an interconnecting room, if bed bugs in one, it would be in both. We all moved rooms and all put through the nightmare of feeling bugs crawling over us. We were told the hotel would have to pay to get the room fumigated (yes, not sure how they weren't picked up sooner). Eventually both rooms were refunded. This has no way covered the experience we had. Weeks later our cases and clothes are still bagged up to prevent bed bugs into our own homes. The horror of the 20 hours has stayed with us.

Stay here a lot disappointing at the price increase added on in August. Need to change the evening meals every 2nd day same for a long time. Have a special would be nice. As the builders were working when I saw the price increase was shocked. Rooms are a little dark but comfortable.

Great location if you’re travelling to Plantation Island and want to break up the trip for kids

Second time we’ve stayed. Convenient to the airport, lovely staff & nice food in the restaurant.

Easy walk to airport. Luggage "hold" available for those who have to check out early but have later flights.
