"Vor Jahren sehr gut- nun eine Enttäuschung"

Die Lage und Häuser sind sehr ansprechend.

Die Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Halbpension ist eine Frechheit - das Essen liegt ewig in den Warmhaltebehältern und ist angelaufen. Die Auswahl ist ab 18 Uhr sehr schlecht und einfach. Das Erlebnisbad ist alt und nun ohne Aussenbereich und Wildwasserrutsche- dazu sehr runtergekommen und nicht empfehlenswert. Das Personal im Plazabereich ist unhöflich und unmotiviert.

"Lange Wege um von A nach B zu kommen, dennoch ein schöner Aufenthalt"

Die Räumlichkeiten haben viel Platz geboten. Das Essen war sehr lecker.

- die Sauberkeit des Hauses hätte besser sein können - keine Hamdtücher, bzw. keine Duschvorlage oder Händehandtuch und keine Handwaschseife - Frühstück und Abendbrot war an jedem Abend an einem anderen Ort und in mehreren Räumen - am letzten Abend (Montag) war das Abendbrotbuffet etwas ausgedünnt

Die Lage unseres Ferienhauses war perfekt für uns und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich. Platz für die ganze Familie 🙂

"Nettes Personal und tolles Ferienhaus, toller Urlaub."

Tolles Ferienhaus, genügen Platz und tolle Anbindung zur Autobahn. Personal war immer freundlich und half einen schnell weiter. Schwimmbad war auch toll mit den Rutschen.

Grünanlage bzw. die Gärten könnten mehr gepflegt werden / schneller gemäht werden.

"Wir kommen wieder"

Unser Haus war sehr großzügig, die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas mehr sein. Bei 8 Personen wird das Geschirr sehr knapp. Das Schwimmbad ist super, und die zusätzlich Attraktionen wie Reiten, Bowling, Spielplatz sind top die Kids waren hellauf begeistert

Leider war das Haus nicht ganz so sauber, wie ich mir das gewünscht hätte. Wir mussten erstmal noch die Böden saugen.
