Comida costosa en relación a la calidad y mal servicio de algunos meseros.

Lugar en ubicación increíble. El hotel es muy bonito de cabañas distribuidas como villa en una jungla exótica, la limpieza y servicio son excelentes. La iluminación nocturna del hotel y las habitaciones da un ambiente muy íntimo. El agua en la piscina está poco fría. Se extraña la falta de closet o al menos algunos cajones en la habitación. El internet no llega bien a las habitaciones lejanas a la recepción. Habitaciones un poco pequeñas pero el baño tiene un tamaño adecuado

Fue una estancia muy buena, todos muy amables, el hotel muy limpio, su personal siempre preocupado por hacernos sentir cómodos, de hecho nos hospedamos 2 veces en una misma semana, ya que nos encantó el hotel! Lo único que estaría bien es que pusieran un letrero de limpieza o no molestar en las habitaciones. Lo demás excelente!!

el sitio es muy lindo, las cabañas, el rio. hay alacranes, el sistema de serva esta mal configutado y la solucion sale carisima. no te ayudan, pagas o te vas. intoxicación por alimentos, una tristeza, mal manejado....

Many Mexicans don’t know about this hidden jewel tp experience a decent amount of adrenaline. Whether with friends or families, I’d you want to stay in a 5-star resort in the middle of the Veracruz rainforest, well don’t look any further. This has been my 8th visit to Rodavento in25 years and the quality and service have been consistent ever since. The restaurant serves 3 top of the line meals a day. At night you will be falling asleep with the typical sounds of a rainforest scene. Those same sounds will wake up you in the morning. Rodavento only hires experienced guides that will be on your side always. They always ride with 2 additional rafts that can intervene for rescues if needed (although they unusually engage...)

We went to Jalcomulco for the rapids. This hotel has everything, nice rooms, excellent food and great tours. The first day we took a nice hike along the river and the second day we went to the rapids. I felt always safe with good equipment and profesional people. I am visiting them again for sure. Profesionales, tienen muy buen equipo para los rápidos y el cañonismo, además que el hotel es muy bonito y se come muy bien. No dejen de probar las acamayas (langostinos de río) en el pueblo. Definitivamente voy a regresar.

We were looking for a not too noisy well appointed eco hotel close to nearby adventure rafting and adventure locations. This hotel fit the bill perfectly. The rustic minimalistic ecofriendly cabins may not be to everyone's taste and although tight for space my family of 3 had no problems. Set in beautiful gardens, with bar, buffet restaurant, children's activity area, and sauna and massage center this is a great place to forget the outside world and relax. We took the rafting experience organized and run by hotel staff and it was fantastic with great guides. The hotel personnel were super friendly and accommodating. My wife and son had Alzeimer moments during our stay. My wife left her smartphone by the pool. It was picked up and returned to her almost immediately. My son then left his iPad in the cabin when we left teh hotel. A phone call from home confirmed the room-maid had found it and it was promptly express shipped out to us. We couldn't ask for more attention! Don't expect a 5 star Hilton experience at Aldearodovento but do expect an incredibly relaxing, back to nature, get away from the world experience. Will definitely go back when the chance comes up.

Great place in a great location. You can enjoy both: adventure and relaxation. People at the hotel are willing to help. You have different activities, the sound of the river, good food. We had a bungalow; it is small but good enough. Perfect for 2 or 3 days.

We had a great experience here, it is very confortable great food and has a lot of activities to do with expert instructors. You can always hear the river and has great spaces to stay. The Temazcal is great, massages are really good and the rooms are amazing.
