Fue una experiencia increíble, el lugar es súper bonito, la vegetación está muy cuidada, la alberca está bien pero el agua está fría, la atención del personal tbn es increíble, siempre están atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes.

I cannot recommend enough going to Picocanoa, the whole experience was amazing. I stayed there for 2 nights and I really wanted to stay more. Starting with the location, it’s in the middle of the jungle (even though it has a really good access just a couple minutes from Jalcomulco downtown). The place is well maintained and well distributed. The amenities are great, including the main pool, the gardens, the additional pool in the safari area, the playground, the dog pool, bars and restaurant. We had the all-inclusive experience so we had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant, everything was delicious and well prepared. We also had a special dinner which I also recommend, super b. I had 2 relaxing massages at the spa which is next to the river, excellent they both were excellent. We also did rafting at the river and the morning trekking, the guides were awesome, I mean it was just great. And finally, a big applause for the Independence Day celebration which included games, prizes, DJ music and a mexican dinner. I want to thank the staff for being amazing. We are for sure coming back !!!
