"Not a CHOICE hotel!"

Our room was extremely dirty. The hand towel smelled like chemicals. The bath towel looked unwashed, had grease stains all over it. Night stands had crumbs around base of lamps. Pillows were old and not really a bed pillow. The lotion bottle was opened and half used. Not a CHOICE hotel.

Staff was rude, wanted credit card information written down (#, cvc, and expiration all) - I refused. He told me he would not rent to me (I prepaid through expedia), basically yelled at me because we had 3 people instead of 2 in a room with 2 queen beds.
