"Good hotel but not sure if it is value for money."

The resort premises are large and well-equipped. The beachside restaurant is beautiful!

But some facilities are in need of upkeep. The other issue is that the hotel can only be reached via whatsapp call and every time we reached out... no one picked up! So our experience regarding that was not great. To add to it, the hotel received a booking.com voucher where breakfast was not included and we were sure that we had booked WITH breakfast. So there was a conflict in conversations. Though eventually it was resolved by the hotel to our satisfaction. This particular issue is a booking.com platform issue and needs to be looked into by the team at booking.com.

Location it's very far and no network at all Rooms are dirty, very small, no basic amenities provided and hell overcharged.. it's not worth all as money they are charging.. Too much to walk inside from restaurant to room and to beach.. it's not safe for kids.. Inside there was one empty broken house looks like haunted place.. It's better to stay in cheap hotel than this overhyped resort which namesake 5 star (as they say) .. stay away from their foolish vedios. Do not ever book Winter room's.

The forest area was good, calm and soothing

The hotel mentioned private beach, but there was no private beach. Private beach means we can go to sea side and have a good walk and indulge in water. But the area is not maintained by hotel. It was dirty. It was not worth the stay. Instead go to arre ware beach which is much clear and clean.
