Great location, right next to Chermside Shopping Centre. Easy access to buses and easy location to drive from/to. Room was clean and sufficient for our stay. Communication from the hotel was very efficient, with confirmation before arriving, and text to say the room was ready early for us to check in.

After parking in the undercover car park you have to walk back out of the secure area to enter the hotel through the front door, and the same to get back to the car. When we returned to park the car after going out for the evening there were no carparks allocated to the hotel left, so we had to park in a spot reserved for another business (luckily we left early before that business started the next day).

The grab and go breakfast was good but we were unaware that it was included in our rate

No Access from car park with bags. U have to unload everything at front - then park your car then make several trips up in a slow lift with heavy bags
