The location was convenient for nearby shops and re staurants. Car parking within the building was also a positive.

On two occasions when staff entered our room in our absence (to clean etc), they failed to pull the door closed and our room was left open all day! On our first night we had no hot water in the shower because of a plumbing problem. We also needed assistance to tune the TV so that we could watch anything. Someone might think that some level of refund would be appropriate to compensate for these matters, especially the repeated failure to secure our room and belongings.
