The pool was lock and I was told that I would be notified when someone from maintenance unlock the gate. I never got notified when it was open.

"The facility was dirty not as advertised. Dirty toilet and odors"

It wasn't as advertised. The toilet had either dedication or old blood near the bottom back portion. The room was smelly with a loud odor. The facility in itself was below cleanliness. And at the rate my wife and I had to pay that was considered a rip off. We slept 2 maybe 2 hrs and just left.

Did not have breakfast

The Air conditioner was not working went to lobby twice sign on counter saying away from desk be back shortly. Finally guy was there came checked room played with control, set at same temperature that I already set no change, Door signed at entry way saying no available rooms. At 330 we decided to check out only then was I offered the only room he said was available, Left location anyway

It was close to the venue…. The staff … after we finally got checked in…. Were ok…

The shower chair in the accessible bathroom was so unstable… I went to get my daughter’s shower chair and used that…. It looked like no one had vacuumed the room…. Fruit loops under the bed….: they were more concerned about a service dog than the shape of the room

"The place is filthy and it shouldnt be rented out to anyone. Customers should get a refund."

There was nothing likable about this place.

The pictures online are the complete opposite from what the place looks like. The staff at the front desk wasn’t very friendly, the room was very dirty, spots on the headboards, white stains on the back skirts around the bed. The lamp shade was ripped and dusty. The carpets have seen better times. We got there late and that was the only reason why we stayed. The reviews showing that’s an ongoing issue for a long time! Booking.com shouldn’t list places like that!
