The check in lady was not very friendly. When we arrived at the hotel my husband used the restroom and had to tell the check in clerk that the toilet was disgusting! She asked what do you mean by disgusting? He told her the seat was covered with feces. She said they were supposed to clean that! Our room had chunks of mud on the floor and a large crack in the sink.However the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.The overall cleanliness of the hotel was lacking. The second floor where we stayed had a musty odor. They did have a dehumidifier in the hallway. The breakfast was good. I would not recommend this hotel.

It was nice enough but was disappointed in the room that I stayed in. It was not up to my standard of cleanliness, stains on couch and carpet and dirt and debris under couch cushions. Bed was comfy though and staff was friendly.

To be candid I was shocked that an hotel with a price range of $98 a night was this terrible. Window drapes had terrible watermarks. The bed was so so not good. White sheets look like it's seen better days and the room smelled so musty. The only thing I would give an excellent rating was the bathroom. It was spotless and so clean irrespective of how old the whole place looked and smelt.

A clean quiet room with a comfortable king size bed. Staff was friendly.

A Disappointing Stay at crown plaza mission I recently stayed at crown plaza mission and, unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. 1-The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my stay. When I raised concerns about the issues I encountered, they seemed indifferent and unwilling to assist. This lack of courtesy and service made my stay even more frustrating. 2. Overcharged for Poor Quality I was charged more than what was initially quoted, and the additional charges were never properly explained. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness and comfort, but the hotel failed to deliver on both fronts. 3- The room was far from clean. The sheets appeared stained, the bathroom was dirty, and there was a noticeable unpleasant smell throughout the room. This made it difficult to relax or feel comfortable during my stay. 4- To make matters worse, the hotel didn’t live up to the amenities or services it advertised. I felt cheated, not only by the overcharging but also by the subpar conditions and lack of professionalism. The breakfast was included but they wanted to charge me again and double the reception stuff and restaurant were not friendly and they were rude . Also the parking was free but again they wanted to charge me . Everything was included and they wanted to charge me , the only reason they didn’t charge me because I denied them. I wouldn’t recommend staying at crown plaza mission There are likely better options in the area for a similar price, with better service and cleanliness
